Our programmes
We support lots of young people who are worried about their sexual thoughts or behaviour to understand their concerns, get help and make good choices to live positive and happy lives.
As well as the support and advice you can find on Shore, we also deliver one-to-one programmes for young people who need more support. Check out the information below to find out more.
Shore Plus
Shore Plus is a new programme created for young people who:
- are having sexual thoughts about younger children that feel confusing, worrying or harmful
- Or have engaged in harmful sexual behaviour online (such as viewing or sharing illegal images) and want help to stop.
Shore Plus is completely anonymous and confidential. This means that we have no way of identifying people who take part on the programme.
Once on the programme, you will be able to login to an online portal, where you can learn about a range of different topics created by our expert team. You will be allocated an advisor who will support you, through anonymous chats, to work through the programme at your own pace, understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviour and how to manage them.
We know that often the fear of getting into trouble can stop young people from reaching out for help – that’s why we have worked hard to make sure Shore Plus is completely anonymous. You can read more about our privacy policy here.
If you think Shore Plus could be helpful for you, please get in touch with us, by using our anonymous email or chat service.

Please note that this is currently only available for those aged 16+, who are not being supported by other professionals (e.g. police, school/college, social services), who live in the United Kingdom (Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and England), and who agree to take part in an anonymous, confidential evaluation of Shore Plus, to help us learn how this new programme is supporting young people who use it and how we can continue to improve it. The programme is available to young people of all genders.
